LHT Services has worked as a strategic development consultant for several organizations starting in November 2002 to present. Over the last 6 years LHT has developed strategic plans and has worked to help many organization become certified as a Community Housing Development Organization. LHT Services has presented before the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency, the Jefferson Parish Community Development Department, the Jefferson Parish President’s Office, Plaquimines Parish Council, and a number of local financial institutions.

LHT Services worked to use HUD funding in a leveraging process with funding from local lending iinstitutions to develop projects. LHT Services Inc has worked to develop Buy & Sell Agreements, developed contractual agreements on behalf of the organizations with builders, architects, and engineers.

LHT Services has represented the organization before local planning and zoning organizations, as well as different community groups. LHT Services worked as project managers and as a realtor to insure the homes were made available to first time homeowners.
