Security


The LHT Security Service Line identifies areas of potential threat to our client's network and other IT environments and develops appropriate responses to those threats. Appropriate responses will begin with either an internal, external or a full security audit. The security audit will help in evaluating and addressing each area's security requirements and determining which solutions will work best, taking into consideration a solution's performance, scalability, and resiliency. Areas of specific focus of the Security Service Line are centered around the following:

Database Administration


The Database Administration Service Line provides services in two main categories: Database Development services and Database Management services.
Our Database Development Services provide the necessary database expertise to a custom software development project. The services are provided in the context of project deliverables and based on timelines of project milestones.
Our Database Management Services provide support for existing databases, or for the creation of new databases unrelated to a custom software development project. Database Management services are appropriate and available in all database environments for the duration of a project and beyond. They include ongoing support for Oracle, SQL Server and DB2 instances for all development, test, pre-production and production environments.

The Database Administration Service Line is significantly different from the Software Engineering Service Line in that software developers should focus on the building of user interfaces, data acquisition, reporting, and end-user support.
